March 10th Meeting Description:
During this session, Joe Stratmann will discuss the new and improved developer features available for SharePoint 2010. He will highlight:
- New development environments available
- New SharePoint related features included in SharePoint Designer 2010 and Visual Studio 2010.
- Developing Client Object Model applications
- Developing Sandbox Solutions
- Review of the functionality included in the Developer Dashboard
- Introduction to using PowerShell with SharePoint 2010
Joe Stratmann has been a Principal Consultant with Catapult Systems for 12 years. He works across many different Microsoft technologies, including: application development, security, infrastructure and SharePoint. He currently holds the MCITP-Enterprise Administrator, MCTS-SharePoint 2007, MCTS-Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, MCSE-Security & Messaging, MCSD-Microsoft .NET and CISSP certifications
